Directory Listing Terms & Conditions

1. A listing in Boner Guide's directory provides:
    a. 90x90 graphical image
    b. 250 character description (including spaces) of site

2. Should a site not provide the above, Bonerguide will produce the required materials on a best effort basis. This is done as a courtesy and should not be construed as providing advertising services.

3. By purchasing a listing in the directory, advertisers grant Bonerguide the right to use images and text, whether provided by advertiser or created by Bonerguide, for the purpose of promoting the advertiser's website.

4. The 90x90 listing image must be compliant with 18 U.S.C. 2257 regulations.

5. Bonerguide allows advertiser to select up to three categories for their listing to appear in. Due to the nature of search algorithms used, Bonerguide makes no representations or guarantees of listing page placement within the directory.

6. To be included in the Sneak Peeks, participating sites must send a zip file with images and text for update to advertising (at) bonerguide.com.

7. Directory listings must not contain images or language that suggests minors or teens engaging in sexual acts. Prohibited terms include, but are not limited to: teen, boy, girl, girls, twink, boys, and boyz.

1. The following banner sizes are available:
    * 590 x 210
    * 160 x 600
    * 120 x 600
    * 120 x 240
    * 125 x 75
    * 130 x 35
    * 175 x 220
    * 468 x 80

2. Each paid banner ad on bonerguide.com has an equal weight to ensure all have the same probability to display. Higher weightings, to increase the probability an ad will appear, can be purchased by advertisers at an additional cost. Bonerguide reserves the right to limit the amount of banners in its program at any one time.

3. Banners purchased are for run-of-site. Bonerguide makes no guarantees that a banner will appear a particular section or page unless otherwise explicitly agreed to in writing.

4. Banners must be compliant with 18 U.S.C. 2257 regulations.
